Every opportunity we bring to partners is assessed the same way: market data, AI-driven analysis, and local agent relationships working together to give you an honest picture of what a deal is really worth. What varies is how involved you want to be.

Deal Sourcing

For investors who want control of their own projects. We identify opportunities with value built in or waiting to be added, package them with clear financials, realistic refurbishment costs, and at least two exit strategies. We then act as your buyer's agent, overseeing the conveyancing process on your behalf from offer through to completion. Once the keys are yours, the project is yours to run.

Joint Ventures

For investors who want strong returns without the day-to-day involvement. We manage everything from acquisition through to exit. You hold full legal title throughout, and net profit is split 50/50 after costs. Available to High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors in line with current FCA requirements. We will guide you through that process.

Meet the Founder

Alex Auld, ChPP MAPM

I founded Haus Handle because I kept seeing the same problem: investors with real capital and genuine ambition, but no access to opportunities they could truly trust.

I spent over a decade managing construction projects worth more than £100 million, across residential refurbishments, higher education facilities, healthcare buildings, and critical infrastructure. That background means when Haus Handle assesses a property, we are not guessing at refurbishment costs or relying on optimistic valuations. We understand buildings, we understand risk, and we know what it actually costs to deliver a project properly.

Before property, I served as a Police Sergeant for over a decade. That experience instilled a discipline and integrity that runs through everything Haus Handle does. It shapes how we communicate with partners, how we negotiate on their behalf, and how we handle every deal from first approach through to completion.
